I know you should have had about Landed properties
before, if you do not know what it is
then I suppose you are not living in this land.
Because, the land you are standing
now was sometimes in this life
vacant and empty until it was developed and house
built on it.
The Land must have been reasonable cheap then,
before it was bought and now it has a house on it.
Where am I leading to?
This model of internet business
is known by very few people
and this is how this
Internet Real Estate works:
- You buy a land at a
ridiculously low price online-
this we call a ‘domain name’.
- We hold it/keep it
because we now have a whole
authority over our land .
- This is what I call the domain name,
with username, password etc…
The next thing now is to
go to auction sites
or market sites or
what i call websites/domain brokers
who shall be ready to
pay you huge amounts to sell it to them.
Even individual buyers
can buy from you at high prices
ranging from $200 to $5000
or even high as $1Million
if the
domain name you have is
very hot in the market.

What am I saying?
- You buy a domain name at
very low price like $9.
- You now resell it at
very high price like $2000.
I call this Domain Trading
/Domain Monetization/
Internet Real Estate.

for Huge prices are below:
diamond.com – sold for $500,000
fish.com was sold for $1million USD,
Creditcards.com
was bought at $35 but
recently sold for $2.75 million
sex.com was auctioned for $2.5 Million.
Though there are other
ways you can make money
using your domain without
even selling it.
